A very comprehensive guide, though it still hasn't magically turned at least one landlord into a decent human being. Even with the knowledge of what is correct and what the landlord is required to do by law, there is still an uphill struggle! If more landlords read it maybe their attitude towards their tenants and attention to the condition of their rented property may improve.
